Quantum-Self Frequently Asked Questions


If you're having difficulty downloading a Quantum-Self product, the following Questions and Answers should help.

Q. I didn't receive a product download page.

A. You may not have successfully completed your purchase. If your credit card was declined for any reason, you would not have received a download email. Check with your credit card company to see if they processed your purchase.


Q. I can't seem to open my product.

A. (1) If you don't already have ADOBE ACROBAT READER on your computer...go get it. You'll need the FREE "Adobe Acrobat Reader" (version 5.0 or 6.0) to read or print your materials.

A. (2) Click the above blue link. You will be at the Adobe site, where you can then download the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader program.


Q. I'm having trouble downloading my product.

A. You will have received two different receipts in your email. One receipt will be from PayPal, OR a "Ravino, Inc Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation." These are just for your financial records, and do NOT contain your download information. The second receipt will have "Quantum-Self.com - RECEIPT" in the email subject line. This receipt contains your download information. IMMEDIATELY BOOKMARK THIS PAGE SO YOU CAN FIND IT AGAIN.

1. Either "highlight and save" the Password, or write it down exactly as shown.

2. Then click the underlined blue "Product File Download" link. You will be taken to the Quantum-Self "Product Delivery" page.

3. You will now enter you email address and the password provided in the "Quantum-Self.com Receipt" sent to your email. BE SURE to enter the email address you used to order the product, and the exact password.

4. When you click the "Download" link a window will open and ask you if you want to "Open" or "Save" the file.

5. Select "Save," and check at the drop down menu to be sure you are saving to file to your "Desktop."

6. When you return to your desktop, you will find a red and grey Adobe icon with the name of the product beneath it. Just click on the icon and your product will open.


Q. I still can't get my product to download.

A. Go back to your "Quantum-Self.com Receipt" and check that you are properly entering the email address you used to order the product, AND the exact password provided to you in the email. Make sure the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is not "on."


Q. I printed the "Take Charge: 14 Steps to Smash Your Limits," but what about my bonuses?

A. Just Check your email box for details.


Q. This page has NOT solved my technical problem. What can I do now?
