Too many i asked suggested seemed somewhat boring to me. But the one you have written gives me a confidence that i can really do this. And the thing i liked the most was "starting any resolution for the first time." Really, it is correct that most of us have "weak" desires and we can't undertake an immediate & planned action.This has happened to me too. Now i'm gonna start it .... from today.
