Today’s brain/mind researchers have identified the exact source of that strange sensation of a light bulb suddenly flashing in your brain — or an oddly pleasant buzzing sound inside your head.

What’s happening? You have simply slipped into the realm of HQ — your Higher Intelligence.

What is HQ?
Your Higher Intelligence (HQ) is a fascinating mental state. While your IQ and EQ (emotional intelligence) operate on actual neural (brain cell) pathways or networks — your HQ is a rebel.

HQ, your most creative and inventive mental state, and does not seem to use any connections between your neurons at all. HQ experiences are accompanied by a spontaneous vibration of your cortex (your thinking cap) like an electrified bowl of jello.

That “ah ha” flash of light probably IS very real inside your brain, as suddenly your entire cortex is vibrating at a single coherent frequency, just like you ran a current of electricity through it.

Can HQ be Taught?
Interestingly, quite a bit of HQ experiences seem tied to the 7 Hz (cycles per second) and lower brainwave frequencies. And it also seems apparent tht an open A-T (alpha-theta) bridge connecting the conscious and subconscious minds is esential. This could explain why your ah ha experience seems so fresh and remarkable — you have integrated two portions of your self that seldom meet face-to-face.

The secret of building your ability to experience HQ experiences is to strengthen this conscious-subconscious bridge. Check out=> A-T (alpha-theta) brainwave training.

Health, he says, lies in the deeper parts of your physical brain.
Can you BUILD genius mind power? If your IQ is at least average, hold on to your socks: Genius levels of mental processing ARE within your reach.

John von Neumann, the inventor of the computer, estimated that our brains hold two hundred and eighty quintillion bits of memory that’s 280, followed by 18 zeros. But most of today’s neuroscientists feel even this estimate is far too low.

A few short years ago scientists believed geniuses were born with brains that were somehow different from the rest of us. BUT – recent scientific research suggests that genius mind power is more the result of mental training not just genetic superiority.

Even today’s Einstein’s are now seen by neuroscientists as ordinary people who have simply consciously developed extraordinary genius mind power and focus.

How Genius is Developed
We don’t often think of the mind as a tool whose powers can be developed on such a dramatic level. But the good news is there are definite, proven-effective ways to develop your brain’s capacity to express genius mind power.

Modern neuroscientists and brainwave training experts claim that genius-level mental functioning is primarily all about connections.

Which connections? The ever-changing maze of connections among your neurons brain cells. The scientific evidence is this: The more you stimulate and challenge your brain, the more connections it is forced to create to enable your neurons can communicate with one another.

And the more interconnections you have between your brain’s neurons, the closer you move toward genius-level creativity and thinking! It really is primarily that simple.

Einstein’s Secret
As a child, Albert Einstein was seriously dyslexic and had great difficulty with both speech and reading. He was actually expelled from high school and flunked his first college entrance exam, although he finally did manage to complete his bachelor’s degree.

He then took a lowly job in the Swiss patent office. But then when he was only 26, he published his Special Theory of Relativity And sixteen years later he won a Nobel Prize.

Dr. Thomas Harvey, a pathologist on duty at Princeton Hospital when Einstein died in 1955, removed Einstein’s brain. Harvey studied it under a microscope over a 40-year period, but never found any differences from “normal” brains.

But in the early 1980s Dr Marian Diamond, a neuro-anatomist at the University of California at Berkeley, made some interesting discoveries. Her findings about brains in general revolutionized our ideas about what genius really is!

Diamond placed a group of rats in a very stimulating environment with ladders, swings, treadmills, and rat toys. She then confined a control group of rats to bare cages.

The rats in the stimulating environment lived to advanced ages the equivalent of 90 for mankind. But even more remarkable, Diamond found their brains had grown an amazing number of new connections between their neurons.

She had discovered the first hard evidence that higher intelligence could be created through mentally-stimulating exercise. And then when she examined sections of Einstein’s brain, she made the remarkable discovery that it WAS different from the average brain in one way. Like her super-stimulated rats, Einstein’s brain also had an unusually high number of experience-based neural interconnections.

Our brains can continue to grow in complexity right up to a very advanced age. Each challenge you present to your brain causes immediate physical changes no matter what your age.

A Plan of Action
Your brain’s inter-neural connections can potentially increase in number and complexity throughout your life. The more you learn, the more of these pathways you create. And the more you stimulate your brain, the sharper your memory and mental responses. The payoff is immeasurable, and can lead straight to genius mind power.

The most basic way to build genius mind power is to intellectually challenge and exercise your brain. You can create healthy new neural networks by learning a new skill or a second language, or learning to play a musical instrument.

You’ve heard about how a musician loses herself in her music, or how a painter becomes one with his painting. Time stops, and only total focus on the activity remains.

This is called *being in the flow,* an experience that is both demanding and rewarding… and perhaps the most enjoyable and valuable experience you can have.

Hungarian-born psychologist Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi, the father of the flow concept, describes the experience as being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz. Your whole being is involved, and you’re using your skills to the utmost.

He determined that flow occurs when we are totally absorbed in some activity that is neither too easy nor too difficult for us. If the activity is too easy, we fall into boredom — while if it’s too difficult, we become anxious or stressed.

But it the activity is just right we find ourselves in the state of flow, just like children at play.

Build Flow Mind Power
Learning how to enter into the flow has the potential to immediately improve the quality of your life and build your mind power. Csikszentmihalyi found that being in the flow actually increases your brain power, and that the longer you remain in flow, the more complex your mind power becomes.

The easiest way to understand how flow increases mind power is this: When you perform a task that is too easy, your mind wanders from your work, and you have low mental focus. When something is overwhelmingly too difficult, on the other hand, anxiety and frustration set in.

Neither boredom nor anxiety lead to good mental focus.

Most often we move in and out of flow without realizing it. Any stimulating activity that completely fills your conscious attention can put you there. But the minute you feel worry, boredom or insecurity creeping in, you are out of the flow.

Here’s a reliable step-by-step method to create a state of flow in your life:

Step 1. View your task as a game. Like any serious game, you need feedback to keep yourself challenged, and the most basic form of feedback is keeping score. Establish the objective of your selected task as an actual goal, recognize the challenges to be overcome, and decide on any rules and rewards.

Step 2. Decide on and focus on your purpose. As you play your game, constantly remind yourself of the underlying purpose that is driving you. This goes beyond the goal, it is the reason for the goal.

Step 3. Strengthen your focus. Become aware of your thoughts. If you find your mind drifting or filled with anxiety, you have moved away from the zone. Refocus on the task at hand, and adjust the difficulty until you become fully engaged in the details of the task.

Step 4. Surrender to the process. This is perhaps the greatest mystery of the flow process. As you practice Step 3, you will find yourself enjoying the process of simply focusing completely on the task without straining or undue efforting. As you do, you will begin to experience periods of timelessness.

Step 5. Embrace ecstasy. The most interesting part of this process is the natural result of the previous four steps. You are going to be suddenly hit by surprise with a feeling of ecstasy. You’ll recognize it. When it happens, you are solidly in the flow.

Step 6. Enjoy peak productivity. The state of ecstasy is actually a whole brain phenomenon in which your entire cortex vibrates at one coherent frequency. It is unmistakable. You will have the sensation of creating without thinking, and your productivity will attain unheard of heights.

Flow and The Zone
The state of flow has direct ties to the state of being athletes call *the zone,* and also to the desired end state of Zen Buddhism. But the experience applies equally well to any endeavor, however simple or complex. Think of the minute complexity of the Japanese Tea Ceremony, and the intense mental focus required to perform it correctly.

Increase Your Probabuility of Entering Flow
An excellent way to increase your probability of entering into the flow is to train your brain to release stress — since only then can you achieve the required clear focus.

Regular visits to the Quantum Brain Gym for brainwave training will get you into the FLOW painlessly. Join and spend 10 to 15-minutes a day with brainwave training. Try it! You’ll be amazed at the differences in your mental clarity and focus. Click here!

Quantum physics has clearly established that everything is basically energy in motion. Your automobile, the walls of your office, your desk, the clothing on your body, your computer – it is all vibrating energy.

Thoughts also consist of this very same energy, and are a powerful force in terms of creating reality (how we view and respond to the world inside and outside our own self).

Thought is an interesting phenomenon. By its very nature, it is forever trying to manifest itself into physical expression. You can compare your thoughts to the sparks that rise from a campfire. For although your thoughts contain the essence and potential power of the fire, they exist only briefly, then simply dissipate.

Because a thought lasts only a few seconds – you may think that a single thought has much inherent power. Enter the power of focus and repetition: A thought that is repeated with intense focus becomes concentrated mental power, just as sunlight can create fire when focused through a magnifying glass.

The more often a focused thought is repeated, the more energy and power it generates. This is not theory – it is based on the fact that each thought creates hundreds (or even thousands) of new neural connections in our brain.

The old theory of the power of attraction states that this is how we attract circumstances matching our thought images. There is a science-based way to interpret this same phenomenon. Here’s how it works: Any well-focused thought that is repeated often generates impressions of the desired reality in the subconscious mind.

And since the subconscious mind basically operates 24/7, and constantly scans our internal and external realities, it has been primed to notice anything that reminds it of the focused thought.

If you bought a new red Toyota RAV4, for example, you would suddenly notice every red RAV4 you pass on the highway. They were always there – it’s just that your excitement over your new RAV4 has primed your subconscious mind to note everything related to your new vehicle.

Are thoughts part of quantum reality?
Quantum physics tells us that you and I, as observers, have a direct and very real effect on the nature of reality. This is no exaggeration. Tiny sub-atomic particles (those you can’t see with your eyes) simply behave as unmanifested energy in accordance with what are called waves of probability. BUT the moment someone looks for the position of one of these particles, everything changes. At that moment they will suddenly convert from energy to observable matter.

So how does this apply to our day-to-day human realities? Try this: If focused observation can affect the outside world in such a radically powerful way, imagine what mastering that ability can do in your own life.

Engineered brainwave training encourages your mind to develop its power of focus – converting the 5-watts of electrical power of your brain into a 5-watt laser capable of burning through your so-called limitations.

In my clinical studies I discovered I could tell a lot just by observing someone’s brainwave patterns. Anxious people, for example, tend to produce too many high Beta waves. People suffering from ADD/ADHD, on the other hand, tend to produce an overabundance of low Alpha and high Theta brainwaves. Both of these conditions can be corrected using regular brainwave training.

Â

There’s strong evidence that brainwave training can remedy both adult and childhood ADD and ADHD.Â

What is adult and child ADHD?
Adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder affects the brain and causes difficulty in focusing and concentrating. The disorder is most commonly associated with children, but today more and more adults are being diagnosed with the disease. It is estimated that 8 million adults in the United States alone have ADHD.Â

How do I know if I have ADHD?
Adults with ADHD tend to be inefficient, easily distracted, impulsive, emotional, display low self-esteem and worry about being judged.

How may ADHD affect my life?
ADHD affects all aspects of life. Adults who have ADHD are more likely to be divorced, unemployed, change jobs frequently and also to abuse drugs, smoke cigarettes and have more driving accidents.

In a special report by Rita Baron-Faust published by CNN, it was revealed that one increasingly popular solution to both ADD and ADHD for both children and adults is neurofeedback. The goal is to reduce theta waves and increase beta waves, thus increasing the individual’s attentiveness.

Dr. Joel Lubar, a psychologist at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville who originated neurofeedback treatment for ADHDand ADD Â in the 1970s, says neurofeedback can produce some of the same brainwave changes as drugs used to treat these disorders.

In a 1998 study published in Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, researchers in Ontario, Canada taught ADHD patients biofeedback and learning strategies. They found a significant improvement in symptoms such as impulsiveness and inattention after 40 EEG biofeedback sessions, as well as a change in the ratio of beta to theta waves.

Biofeedback can not only help a person use brainwaves they don’t usually employ, but it may also help increase blood flow to specific parts of the brain involved with ADHD, says Lubar (and) can help these people become less dependent on stimulants like Ritalin.

More than 700 groups nationwide are using EEG biofeedback for ADD/ADHD, according to the Association for Applied Psychotherapy and Biofeedback, an organization of biofeedback practitioners.

Patients have reported a 60 to 80 percent significant improvement in symptoms, and much less need for medicine.

Ther problem is the cost of of clinical treatment. Many people are therefore turning to a popular low cost online solution — the Quantum Mind Power Gym’s ADD and ADHD brainwave training programs.

Thinking Builds Connections

Recent research on the physical results of thinking have clearly demonstrated that just challenging your brain by thinking actually increases the number of connections between your brain cells. The more we think, the better our brain function – regardless of age.  Â

The famed researcher Dr. Marion Diamond says the brain can change at any age. In fact, older brains may often have an advantage. She discovered that highly developed neurons respond even better to intellectual enrichment than less developed (younger) ones do. You can build your mind power, regardless of your age!

Walking Builds Brain Power
Walking is especially good for your brain and mind power, because it increases blood circulation, and thus more oxygen and glucose reach your brain.  And since walking isn’t strenuous, your muscles use up the extra oxygen and glucose like they do during more intense forms of exercise.  Â

Walking may seem to clear your head and help you to think better because is oxygenates your brain. Also the increased blood flow to the brain enhances your brain’s energy production and waste removal. Â Several studies now show that in response to exercise, cerebral blood vessels grow, even in middle-aged, in response to exercise.Â

A Toe Wiggle Brain Exercise
Wiggling your toes immediately activates a set of nerves that stimulate your brain and internal organs? Try this mind power exercise in the morning before you get out of bed: Slowly begin to move your toes any way that feels good to you. Try moving them all and once, and then in smaller groups.Â

You can also do this exercise after sitting for an extended period of time. You will be surprised at how it helps you become more alert and energized.

A Daily Brain Building Exercise
Here’s a do it now exercise that will immediately develop your mind power by creating new physical neural connections: Switch the hand you’re using to control your computer mouse and begin to use the hand you normally avoid. If you immediately feel uncomfortable and awkward, that’s a good sing that your brain is struggling to learn a new skill.

Try expanding this to other everyday routines such as getting out of bed on the opposite side, holding your brush or toothbrush with the other hand, driving a different route to the store or work, etc.

Brainwave Training
In the final analysis, the fastest way to build your mind power is through the regular use of engineered brainwave training. There’s a reason Dr. Deepak Chopra calls brainwave training the medicine of the future. You can immediately bust your stress, develop amazing mental clarity, and even raise your IQ or overcome ADD and ADHD. Check out the Quantum Brain Gym!
