Forget About Mental Limits

EinsteinAre Mental Limits Real?

You have far more brainpower, and far fewer mental limits than you can even begin to imagine.

Trying to define our brain’s ultimate capacity is like trying to place your finger on a globule of mercury. The human brain is infinitely complex and subtle. And your amazing brain is no exception!

Physicists have discovered parallels between the human brain and Einstein’s quantum universe. Biological scientists are demystifying the brain’s chemical and electrical mysteries, and cutting-edge scientists like Bruce Lipton are now telling us that a thought alone has the power to control how our genes express.

Cutting edge scientists specializing in the “connective tissue” that holds our body together have discovered something else amazing. The connective tissue tubules that extend into each of our individual cells respond to vibration. And this includes the vibration created by each of your thoughts, which impact these tubules even faster than the messages traveling along your nervous system.

So What ARE Our Mental Limits?

It was once estimated we use about 10% of our mental potential. Many of today’s neuroscientists have dropped that estimate to less than one percent. And even that figure could be overly optimistic,. Our mental limits are actually limitless.

Your brain contains 1,000,000,000,000 individual nerve cells (neurons) — so many that if they were stretched end to end, they would reach all the way to the moon and back! But this figure is even more astounding when you consider that each nerve cell can connect with as many as 100,000 other nerve cells.

If we add up the potential capacity of your brain cells to make interconnections — the resulting number itself would be at least 10.5 million kilometers long.

Mental limits? So you see, it’s probably not a surprise we are generally not capable of putting all of this raw potential to work! Our brains are virtually limitless.

I have long personally thought that our brain is more of a sending-receiving station that is connected to the one great mind. And now, modern Field Theory tells us we are each one node on an energetic network that stretches out to infinity. That we are not separate at all — but are all interconnected to the one great source of energy that expresses itself as consciousness.

How Far Do Our Mental Limits Extend?

OK then, so what is a thought? It’s basically energy that causes an electro-chemical response in your brain. The net result is that your brain’s neurons will then “fire” in a certain pattern.

That produces tiny currents of electrical energy that pass along definite pathways in your cortex (your thinking cap). These currents can be traced as “brainwaves” by attaching electrodes to your skull and attaching the electrodes to an EEG.

So… your thought cascaded through your brain and produced an actual 70 millivolt potential somewhere in your cortex. (Your brain actually produces between 5 and 10 volts of energy – enough to light up the inside of a refrigerator.)

The electrical current produced by your thought is then broadcast in the form of electromagnetic waves at the velocity of light out to each of your cells — and also straight out into the cosmos of which we are each directly connected traveling at the speed of light. So what does THAT say about your mental limits?

What IS a Thought?
Have you ever tried to define what a thought is, and how a thought gets started to begin with? What causes that initial spark that leads to that amazing cascade of energy through our brains?

Philosophers have sought an answer to that question for centuries. Some modern thinkers, like the great psychoanalyst Carl Jung and the brilliant Itzhak Bentov, feel that since thoughts create measurable energy, and energy can be neither created nor destroyed, the universal cosmos must contain the energy of every thought that has ever occurred. Again, this challenges the concept of having any mental limits at all!

This could explain how people like Bentov, Edgar Cayce, and even Leonardo da Vinci were able to see clearly see into alternate realities most of us seem unable to tap into.

A SPECIAL Invitation
This much IS true: There are definitely those who are capable of thinking on much higher levels than our everyday “what shall I have for lunch” levels. They reach into “higher states of consciousness” to direct their lives.

I have personally been blessed to have the opportunity to study with several such people. These experiences have had a tremendous impact on my life. As a result, my personal passion, and the core of my teaching, is focused on achieving higher states of consciousness. An Unusual Way to Boost Your Immunity

Would you imagine that just looking at a sick person could protect YOU against illness by boosting your immunity?

How Is Your Immunity?

We humans seem to have a natural aversion to those who are ill.  When we see someone who looks sick, we experience a powerful emotional response to avoid them. A new Canadian study shows that even *seeing* a sick person can boost your immunity to sickness.

A Natural Immunity Boost

To for possible changes  in ones’s immunity, University of British Columbia researchers showed subjects one of two different slide shows—either a slides of people brandishing a gun, or slides of individuals who were obviously sick. To measure any changes in the research subjects immunity,  immediately after they drew a blood sample, exposed each sample to bacteria,  then measured the levels of a natural substance {interleukin-6 (IL-6)} secreted by white blood cells in response to stress or trauma. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a proven indicator of immunity levels.

Although the subjects rated the gun photographs as stressful than the illness images, their subjects blood tests told a different story — the gun images caused a 7 percent increase in IL-6, levels , but the images of sick people caused a 24 percent increase. Their immunity had obviously been boosted by seeing the images of sick people.

“It makes evolutionary sense that the immune system would respond aggressively only when it’s really needed,” said Mark Schaller, a psychologist and co-author of the study. “If I see a bunch of sick people, maybe a big infection is around, and I better kick my immunity into high gear. Many neurochemicals connect the brain to the immune system.”

How to Develop Super Human Mind Power

mind powerSuper Human Mind Power?

What is super human mind power, and is it really possible to develop? Recently I saw a replay of a remarkable Science/Discovery Channel program about four real people with truly extraordinary super human mind  powers.

One was a man from the Netherlands they called *the Ice Man.* This remarkable fellow has an amazing ability to withstand extreme cold using mind power alone.

The program showed him running a half marathon in the Arctic wearing nothing but shorts. Although the temperature was -30 degrees Centigrade, he ran topless and barefoot.

Super Human Mind Power in Action

After, his doctor said they would have to amputate his toes because they were frozen dead. No problem for the Ice Man. He simply *willed* his toes back to life with his super mind powers. Of course the doctor was deeply shocked.

Then there was a man from Germany who solves complex formulas in his head faster than anyone using a calculator. Again, this fellow also had unusual super mind power – he can also speak entire sentences backwards. Try this, and get amazed.

Another example of unusual super mind power –  the blind painter really shocked me. Although born without eyes, this man paints beautiful scenic paintings with his fingers. Then there was the woman from Switzerland they called *The Synaesthete.* Synaesthesia is a rare neurological condition characterized by an odd fusion of one’s senses.

She was able to both see and taste music. According to her, each musical note has a specific color and pattern. And certain musical notes actually produce specific flavors on her tongue.

Is Super Human Mind Power Really Possible?

This brings to my mind the absolute fact that we have no idea of the limits of our powerful super human minds.

The brilliant American psychologist William James said: *Compared to what we should be, we are only half alive. We are making use of only a small part of our mind power. Deep down inside of us are vast powers we know nothing of and never use.*

We are all blessed with awesome potential super mind power. Your mind has the power to answer and solve any of your problems, dilemmas and personal challenges.

You have the power to create a perfect life.  If you learn how to unleash the vast unlimited potential of your mind power, infinite resources are at your command. You are not limited in any way by your environment, your background, your intelligence or even by lack of money.

Here are 3 ways to develop your mind power:

3 Steps to Superhuman Mind Power

1. Believe. The first key to unleashing your mind power is to simply claim it. Belief in yourself and your potential is the most important factor in harnessing your incredible mental gifts.

Try this for a week: Before you begin the day, spend a few minutes first creating your day in your mind. Think of it exactly the way you want it to unfold. Carry these thoughts and pictures with you as you go about your day. Try not to negate them with negative or fearful thinking. You will begin to see a pattern emerge. By the end of the week you will begin to see the results of how powerful you are creating your own reality.

2. Focus. People who exhibit strong mental powers have a refined ability to concentrate. If they have a goal, it is sharp, clear-cut and definite. For example, if they want a certain amount of money, they focused on the actual amount.

Concentration is crucial to harnessing your mental powers and getting the results you seek.  So… how can you develop the ability to concentrate? By simply waking up more of your idle brain cells.

One excellent way to develop concentration is by writing. Writing forces us to concentrate and think accurately. The act of writing harnesses a large collection of brain cells and forces them to produce thoughts. So if you are dealing with a challenging problem, try writing about it.

3. Meditate. One of the best ways to develop clear focus is by meditating. If you have never meditated before, try this simple method: Find a quiet place, and silently focus on a flower or some other appealing object for as long as you can. You may find you are struggling with “monkey mind.” Just relax, release your thoughts, and simply gaze at the flower. With practice you will be able to still your mind for longer and longer periods.

The *Ice Man* was a dedicated meditator. Because of this he could simply focus his mind and  heal his dead frozen toes. Imagine what that means in terms of our ability to heal our bodies.

We each have the choice to accept life as it just *happens* to us, or we can develop our mind and create our reality to better provide what we want.

To unlock your full human potential, you must harness your brain’s incredible powers.  If YOU want to explore the power of instant deep meditation … enter into higher states of consciousness … further develop your native intelligence … explore *Zone level* creativity, mind power and intuition … or simply make your life a more exciting place to be, come experience => Your Own Super |Human Mind Power
